broken component

Is this component broken? Its from the power supply of my Dreambox 7025, which are known to go.

my symptoms are here....

I think this component has blown?

It is difficult to tell with that photograph but I would say it is certainly very suspect with being swollen on one side. It looks like a small transformer

Hi Crossbones, I am trying to swap the PSU in my DM7025 but there is a 14 pin connector on my existing one and only a 13 pin on the new one, did you have the same problem?
