BT must be the most rubbish company in the UK. I have an 80 year old sister, lives miles from the nearest village and relies on her phone. Years ago she had constant problems with the BT line so we got her a mobile for emergencies. Fixed after 3 months and now problems again, ongoing since August. No matter who you speak to nothing happens. Last time we had an engineer visit who replaced the internal box and charged £125. Faults still went on and have only just received a refund. Now they want £129 if they say the fault in in the cottage. Supposed to fix it today by checking the line from the exchange to the cottage. Not a soul has been seen and we have heard nothing. All I get is the fault is ongoing.
