I have to say that despite all the furore about the company and their misguided venture into cheap call centre ahem 'assistance' (that is what happens when you let accountants rule the roost) I was lucky enough to attend an event there well over a decade ago, waiting on the ground floor as the lift approached the ground floor, the rush of air venting through the doors, certainly was unexpected, especially for the ladies were wearing lightweight chiffon gowns that were suddenly around their necks. The view from the top was mind blowing especially as the restaurant rotated. To this day I have no idea how the waiting on staff managed to keep track of their tables as they emerged from the central fixed kitchens.
