added more data re video type & fec

FEC back to 2/3 in DVB-S2 8PSK on all transponders.

Is this on Eutelsat 3b? Found Zadruga with the specs you gave. I think this is the wrong frequency spectrum for the new satellite.

It has all gone quiet here no signals from the previously active transponders @ 1.9 east.

Two just come back on.Not checked them yet.
There is also an odd signal at 12495H It also shows at 3.1E and 12496 4.8 E
