The top two pics off the GTCombo are from a capture device - 4k HDMI in HDMI out to monitor with a usb3 out to the PC and captured by OBS Studio software program. The bottom pic from the EBSPro pc card is just a pc screen grab.

If you input 50hz video does it output 50fps? Have tried a few capture devices but they either output 1080p30 no matter what was input, or deinterlaced 1080i50 into 1080p25.
