If you have a problem finding one use the sensor of a house alarm which is normally fitted to a door.

Order 10 pieces for less than 3 EUR with free shipping with free delivery. Unless you need not only glass sensor but also plastic housing for it. If looking for plastic part than easier is to find broken actuator and remove needed part from it.
