C band reception problem in Nigeria

Pls can any body explain to me why C ban signal reception is difficul in 22 w, 5e and 68.5 e in northern part of Nigeria. Before the signal was good but now a problem.

If it was working before then you have to suspect the lnb,the cabling or the receiver is failing somewhere. It will be a process of elimination to find out where the problem is.
