Advice Needed C band

My Satellite Setup
Zone 2 Fixed at Astra 2
Gibertini XP 75 cm fixed at 30 west
Gibertini XP 1 meter motorised 53e to 27.5w
Technomate TM2600
Inverto Ultra Black
LG 55 UH770V
Octagon SX88+SE
My Location
Midlothian
Good evening
any thing available on c band
 
Forum Search will reveal much ........
 
Others with a lot of experience with C band might comment - but, from what I have read, don't even bother to try that with a dish less than (at least!) 1.5m (and a lot of other C-Band kit as well)!

You will need a LOT more general Ku Band satellite-reception "experience" (and kit/space/CASH!) before you should even consider C Band as it now is in the UK :rolleyes:

PS: and the same appears to apply if you were considering Ka Band (if you were also thinking of that!)!

Again, a Forum Search will reveal sufficient information either to satisfy your query or at the very least make it more specific.

I do not care about your aim or whether or not you satisfy yourself, our aim is to help other genuine enthusiasts, not time wasters who refuse to use the search engine as intended. I recommend you take the moderator's advice and use the search function before asking any further questions.
