C5 can be found in the clear on 12304H (channel label - Five T2 Reg 2). It is NOT available to digiboxes as the encryption flag is still turned on.

Tagged as NDS encryption, but not.:)

Cant take the credit for this one Robbo - it was mentioned over on the DS forum, but the info is FAR more useful over here :D
