Advice Needed Cabling house

Hi

I need some advice on running sky and freesat around my house...

I am planning on having a sky + and Humux PVR in the living room from a qud lnb dish.

The sky dish will have a DVB-t hdmi modulator

Humux will have a RF modulator

Can I run both modulator feeds into the sky box then output all 3 signals to a loft box and sent to 3 TV's all with magic eye's.

also need to workout how to control the humax in each room.

Use a Triax Trilink modulator, as it is designed to work with the Sky RF2 TV link system and has ir senders to control the Humax.

I already have a cheap RF modulator not sure how it will cope with the IR. But do have a IR repeater so was going to try and splice into the cable and sent it up via cat5.

Only problem is the 3rd TV is in a separate building (converted garage) so this would not work for this room.

Going to use this for the sky box

and this if the RF modulator I have for the Humax.
