Yer, It's pretty much all Nile sat and Hotbird, This is taken right next to the Pyramids. I was in the desert when I took the photo. It is air pollution in the back ground, Cairo is one of the most polluted cities in the world. This is on a good day.
Ah, Giza, Wrong by miles then! Still, the minarets are similar; and I should also have guessed that in Mohandessin, you'd need to pretty high to be able to film so many dishes on rooftops!

i have a good idea about reception in gulf countries and i worked at saudia before.

hi robbie am like you from Egypt i d like to thank you about some notes about recieving satellites in Egypt specialy those with low signal like Astra 2D andothers am from portsaid north east of Egypt i need from you please to take pictures for many big dishes in cairo at nasr city (old dishes) over 240 cm specially DH,PARACLIPSE,ANDERSONand mesh dish ORBITRON i think in almaza there many mesh dishes i know you take a very pretty pictures and i love your old paraclipse mesh dish because old cairo at the biginning of analouge used these dishes that now became something rear.
