Hi,

I have a Viasat Latvia subscription for Russian speaking channels, which I bought 2nd hand. However, I would like to add a sports package to it and I cannot get hold of the seller. I looked on Viasat's website and it looks like I need a "Customer Number", which I don't have.

Would someone be able to contact Viasat's call centre to explain the situation and get me this customer number I need for online account management? I do speak Russian but I don't have a Latvian address or a phone number so not sure how far I would get....

Hi CJ! Just to make sure I understand what you wish: What kind of subscription you have now? Is that "Viasat Start"? And you probably looking for "Viasat Gold" with monthly payment 15,65 Lats? As far as I know they do not sell any services if you do not have Latvian address, so that would be difficult for you to upgrade existing package. Any way, I can try to help to mediate your needs if I can.
