Hi there

I seem to be having some trouble getting the keys I have for D+ & cabo working. I dl'd the keys from the jkf site flashed them to the box in var/keys using dcc restarted the box and I still have a black screen. I upgraded the emu to camd3.883 reflashed the keys and still nowt. This is not the 1st time the box has done this, last time the only cure I found was to start afresh with a new image then flash the keys and it worked:confused:

I cant keep doing that every time new keys come out.

Are you using the latest emu with the D+/Cabo AU files removed? That's necessary now.

(Only a TD man myself, but use the same files)

Hi, thanks for the help

Not to sure what you mean, the emu itself I d/l'd from the Gemini blue panel (is there something I need to remove?), the keys were the set posted as D+ au removed.

I think I might try newcamd tonight, if I get a chance.

Got it working ;)

I dl'd satans key bundle and replaced var/scce and var/keys, for now at least I have 30W open with newcamd (seems slooooooow to open channels though) will give camd a go later.

Sorry, should have mentioned I was using mgcamd with softcam keys minus AU, no problem on TD.

Camd3 keys should be similar.

valid keys die very quickly especially D+

satandream is good but JKF is best for up to the minute new keys.

I use evocamd and D+ is working.

FTP keys into var/keys and scce into var/keys

keylist.txt goes into var/keys

JKF has a sticky with "what files go where" for each emu.

30W is always slow to decrypt (in my experience).
 
I find it is more reliable switching the cam to common interface, then copying files or use blue menu. Then switch back to your cam after installing the new keys.
 
Just restart the cam. Works fine everytime :)
 
Using Satans Myself the last while everything ok, sometimes have to edit the keyfile to update D+ when the files havent been released. All ok using camd3,newcamd3,
 
Yes, satan's bundle works well, also now with PLi Garnet image, you don't have to uninstall the old bundle, you just load over the top. :)
