CAMs and encryptions

im trying to figure out which CAMs work with which encryption, so i can get one that would get me the most encryptions, some sort of a list would be a great help. can the CAM be loaded with more than one encryption at a time? and the last question is since that CAMs are PCMCIA, can i insert them in my PCMCIA slot in my laptop and program them that way.
 
First question - what are you wanting to open?

Dragons on their new TREX siblings are the most useful - all the rest are just about past it.
 
I recently bought a TRex 4.5 ( that I should soon swap for a 4.6), and all these encryption systems are supported:

You can easily program it with a CAS3 interface and its software CAS Studio.
 
well let me tell u what i have and u can tell me if that will work, i have an ASTRA 9400 which supports soft cams(which supports loading the keys directly on the receiver right?) and i can load the keys using dreamloader. does this sound right? if thats the case then i dont have to buy any CAMs right?
