can a 12inch actuator go from 42e-30w

I was going to buy an 18inc actuator, but the shop im getting it from has none left and has only 12inch actuators left.
He told me that the 12inch actuator will go from 42e-30w, is this true.

On a smaller dish it will, I have used some polarmount designs in the past that do a good job with the really small shaft 12" motors.

Describe what you have already installed with some pictures and some forum members can probably tell you what is likely to work.

With a 1.2 metre channel master dish and channel master polar mount you will have no problem getting 42°e - 30°w using a 12" actuator.
