'O'-redHi all, I hope that this time i am doing it right, but truthfully I don't know, any how, I have a problem with my Eagle box, everything has been fine for over three years, but the other day we had a long power cut and when It returned I tried to turn the tele on using my Eagle box, but it would not come on although the box itself is working, now I know very little aboput this system, but even though I am nearly 80, I enjoy my footy, but now I can't watch it, I d have a card sharing package which is very good, so nothing wrong there, now when I tried to reset the Eagle box on my computer I could only get green lines to the router and the computer, because I could not or d not know how to fin the IP Address for my Eagle Box, so back to the start, can anyone help please. I d have a card sharing package which is very good, so nothing wrong there

Our rules strictly forbid help with any problems whatsoever to do with commercial shares. So get your supplier to sort the problem out.
