Hi,

I have a 60cm dish with an anologue LNB and receiver and receiving free to air channels from Türksat 1C & Eurasiasat 1, I want to upgrade to digital, my questions are:

1. The dish is already receiving signals from Türksat 1C & Eurasiasat 1 so if I only buy digital LNB will that be enough?

2. The frequency range is from 10956 (tp 4) to 12748 (tp 33) which receiver do you advice?

Thanks for your time,

From the look of the footprint and the Transponder List your 60cm with a universal LNB should be fine and as most of the channels are free to air, almost any digital receiver will do.

No you can't I'm afraid, the symbol rates are all quite low and the sky box only offers two high rates. On looking again at the satellite, many of the transponders will not be accessible at all with your 60cm dish and some of them with the lower symbol rates may be difficult to receive. It would be good if you could borrow a receiver and see what it produces.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

Most general (European use) digital boxes will be much higher spec than a Skybox, and would almost certainly cost less on the open market than the digibox
