Can I connect two LNBs to a receiver with no DiSEqC?????

This is my first post and I'm a satellite novice so please bear with me! I have just bought a Panasonic BluRay Freesat receiver but have realised afterwards that is doesn't have DiSEqC control, so my intended setup of Freesat with French channels from 19.2E looks impossible to achieve. I even bought a new dish with a 4-LNB holder and built-in DiSEqC 4-1switch in readiness and am now feeling a bit daft..... Is there any easy (& cheap, cos I've run out of money!) way to combine the signals from more than one LNB to a receiver like the Panasonic? I'm trying to avoid running another cable to the TV and buying a second receiver, but I guess that's the worst case.
 
Could run another cable and connect to a A/B switch.
