Can I program a dragon with a pcmcia pci card

One of those Maplin jobs that take cams? Works like the laptop method apparently, I know it did work for Matrix and X Cam, does it do a Dragon as well?

I dont think so. I think you need to use a loader card, or CAS, as far as I'm aware Dragon doesn't work in pcmcia.
 
I have an elvis programmer I used for doing the old on digital cards, is this still of any use to me or should I get a new one?
