Canal + NL changing to Irdeto 2

My Satellite Setup
Dreambox 7020, CM 1.2 with invacom quad c120 & channelmaster feedhorn.
My Location
Belfast, Northern Ireland
Looks like Canal + has decided to make the change :(
 
TMF, Net 5 and Veronica are now gone. The next switchoff occurs on may 10th. By the end of may, all of the Irdeto-1 channels will be switched off, and will be Irdeto-2 and Seca-2 only.

no, there's no patch for the moment )(-red

Hi,
Do you think that we might get a patch soon, or should we just go out and buy a smart-card and register for the new system?

RTL-5 has gone also.

as far as I've read so far, neither seca2 or Irdeto2 have ever been cracked, so my advice would be to get a valid smart-card, if you can .......
Canal Digitaal issues subscriptions only to people living in Holland. You need a dutch address and bank-account number. You need to phone the CD helpdesk to activate your card, and they will not comply if they see that you're calling from abroad. A bit what Sky does......
once activated, however, you just need the monthly updates to keep the card active. And pay the annual fee of 30 euros, of course.
 
sory for all, but CanalDigitaal has just switched off the last 2 stations which were still available in Irdeto-1 : RTL4 and nederland2.
All stations are Irdeto-2/Seca-2 only.
