Does anyone know if it’s possible to receive CANALDIGITAAL with ProgDVB and Vplug. If you don’t want to post a URL to a site where I can “investigate” this, please PM me.

canaldigitaal is secure, you can only get it with an official card. You're not gonna find any website, there's nothing to "investigate" !
