canalsat and dreambox dm 800hd

I have a 1 meter ant looking at Astra 28.2 and dream box dm800hd. I have a subscription with canalsat.
All works fine but once a month the system stops descrambling the paid channels. I have to use another non dreambox receiver for half an hour and then it comes back. I then plug the subscription card back into the dreambox and it works fine again for about a month.
Anyone have an idea what is going on.
Please help.

Well there is some confusion here because Canalsat is not transmitted on 28.2 so I think your information is incorrect ...are you able to let us know exactly what your situation is?
Whatever you are pointing at or subscribed to it sounds as if the monthy updating of the card is not taking place with the DM800HD.

Yes that is what I thought also- what can be done about the updating issue on the DM800??
 
Have you tried contacting DreamMedia and asked them?
Without knowing more details as to what image is being used and what cams are running it is difficult for anyone to comment.

I certainly cannot help you as I have neither a subscription to Canalsat nor a DM800HD.
