cannot get signal through diseqc motor

have a mates 5620 to update for him but i cannot get a signal through the motor.a connection bypassing a motor to the lnb works fine.tried all images but the same problem. will not work with his stab motor or my superjack motor.any ideas of what the problem is and how it can be fixed would be well appreciated.

Could be the connection between the motor and the LNB is loose?

Also check the motor setting on the Dreambox are the same as your 7000.

connections are fine as my 7000s works fine through the motor. its either a h/w or s/w problem with the box i guess.i remember you used to be able to get diseqc plugins for images last year,cannot find any now.anyone know if these might help?
