Might be that the windows installer is out of date, just run windows update.

Failing that you can always try CuteFTP. Readily available with the cracks on the likes of emule and bittorrent

Ok I openned flashfxp I am connected to dreambox but FTP page at bottom saids No IP for dreambox.

Have you set the IP address in the expert settings?

Menu-> 6 ->Expert Settings -> Communication settings ->

If you have it set to DHCP it will change everytime it reconnects to the router from a reboot.

Just untick the DCHP and use what ever it says the IP address is
