can't install sky-box (deutschland)

Hi,

I have managed to find somebody that orderd sky.de for me because i can't order it because i live in Belgium. Now ive got the decoder and de smartcard but when i try to search for the channels, it goes wrong .... The dish is installed and has signal, butt i cant recieve the channels from the Astra ... When i let him search at hotbird, i get all the channels, but non of them i'm interrested at ... (al jazeera, etc) ... Somebody help me find the way :mad:

Sound like your dish is pointing at 13E. It needs slewing round so its pointing at 19E.

Tommy,you have one dish and one LNB ? And the dish is fixed to one position ?
