can't load BBC HD

Hi guys...managed to get my PC communicating with my Humax hdci 2000 and uploaded this version of firmware HDXSCI10008_all_2nd.hdf....Restarted and tried to tune in BBD HD..no joy, When I go into the settings my signal strenght and quality are 37% and 83% respectively..but when I go into transponder edit to input the frequenct info I only have a signal strenght of 12% and no quality strenght..and when I scan for the channel I get nothing found..is this to do with the firmware I have loaded? should I be using a different one?...any help appreciated

I loaded this firmware a few days ago, running with no probs. I do find that HD channels do seem to sometimes take a few seconds to appear

I'm getting nothing at all...not even decent signal strenght on the transponder scan!!
