Can't receive one particular transponder

I've hooked up a USB DVB-S2 receiver with my Sky viewing card and everything's working fine - except scans in DVBViewer can't pick up any of the channels on 12110 H.

Any ideas?

I assume 28.2E, as he's liated in England, in his profile, and mentions Sky.
That would include the Sky Sport SD channels on 12110 H 27500.

Yeah, 28.2E, so Astra 2A/D-F and Eutelsat 28A. This particular one's on Astra 2A.

Is anyone else having any issues? My first thought was that the frequency's been changed, but I can't find any mention of it.
