cant scan certain channels

My Satellite Setup
dm500s 80cm motorised dish ***** darkmotor +sky dish on freesat
My Location
england
Bit of problem have just swopped 2 recievers over and the dreambox doesnt find just a few channels which are in the list and def working as i swopped boxes back tried a few scans and it finds nothing

which is the best way to find these channels or add

also which is the best non hd reciever which will accept a cline and run cccam pls

as this 500s is not helping my stress levels at all :confused:
 
if you know the frequency of these channels try enter them manually as they may not be in satellite xml listings, Alternatively download latest satellite xml files
