Can't set up BBC on my icord

Hi Guys,

I really need help here! I had an icord which worked fine and could receive all freesat channels, then it broke so ordered a new one, which I thought was the same, but now I cannot for the life of me get any UK channels. I've tried everything. Is there someone here that could perhaps help me further? Thank you so much
 
I managed to get my old one working for 5 minutes, and wrote down all the transponder frequency stuff I needed, and thankfully setting it up this time has worked. So no feed back needed, sorry!
