Can't use INTERACTIVE abroad

Can anyone tell me why i can't seem to access some of the interactive areas?


Throughout Wimbledon, i couldn't get into the menu and yesterday i tried the Open Golf interactive section and all i got was the usual message of "there is a technical fault" and "please try again later".

However, both the Winter Olympics and the World Cup BBCi coverage worked, i've never had any problem with Sky News Interactive, i see the interactive ads perfectly and BB3 works every night!

Any ideas?

PS I live abroad in Budapest, Hungary... does this make any difference?
 
Possibly, if some of these services are on Astra 2D, then you'll have problems receiving them.
