I read somewhere on the internet that BBc channels are no longer scrambled so I do not need a card to recieve them. True or false?
 
True. !
 
Yea, all the BBC channels (1,2,3,4 News 24 etc) no longer require a card, however all ITV regions, Ch4 and 5 do. There is much talk of ITV and others scrapping also going FTA, but at the moment it is just speculation.
