I am afraid I have never come across this make before. I just had a look at their website here but it is not very informative. Unless someone else is already using one you may have to try different software yourself. There are some of the latest Windows versions of some USB smart card programmers e.g. the fun usb available in the editors utilities and misc.downloads section. Let us know if you do try any of them.
