there is a feed of cbs new york on eutelsat w2 but i think ir only works in the morning or so tested working

Yes, its always on as a CBS feed, for the networks shows and news feeds.
 
no but in the morning at aroung 6 or 5 am gmt it does the late show of cbs try it tell me if you catched it
