Hi guys, the spread sheet a released just yesterday contains a function to create the SMARTCARD SID ASSIGN for CCcam.cfg based on the packages you select. It has created the following string and so far it seems good . I have sly UK world with HD package and so my spreadsheet reports its added 188 SID's . Can anyone confirm this or have any comments on this at all please ?

Code:
SMARTCARD SID ASSIGN : /dev/usb/tts/0 0 { 125F,13F0,1978,1968,196A,1771,1775,1777,CC07,CC0B,1774,1776,1772,1710,C4F4,1537,D2FF,1392,1979,1DB5,CB84,CB26,C7A6,168A,CC08,CC09,D42B,1DBF,122F,1DC8,D7AB,1B64,158B,2487,D32D,0F15,1773,CC06,13A1,0EEF,D2FB,D41C,1DCE,0F2F,0F22,CB87,183B,CCDD,CCD8,138D,0F41,2460,1965,1DB0,1DC4,196C,1DCA,D43F,1840,1842,11FC,247E,0F17,0F18,183D,CB90,CD32,D2F9,0EE5,1233,122C,10CF,10CE,1133,157E,10D0,10D1,122A,10D2,11FA,122B,0EED,0EF9,1652,1592,D0FC,D101,0F16,0EEB,0EE6,0EEA,0EE8,0EE9,0EE7,12FC,1B59,1B5D,1B5F,1B5E,1B66,1B5B,1B5A,1B60,1B61,1456,2485,1582,C350,1583,16AC,12C4,0EDE,0FFA,107D,157F,107B,1519,132B,0EDA,0F29,164E,1391,0EDC,D057,2494,0EEE,C4AE,C74D,CF7D,CF7F,1139,D83B,CB8F,C357,139D,1839,183C,183F,1841,183E,183A,11FF,1200,1647,122D,138B,D421,1966,C49F,1DBB,CCB5,0EDB,1969,D04D,0EF7,0F2D,0F2E,CCBA,CCB0,2484,CBC9,0F30,CCD3,1BBC,1BBF,1BBE,15E2,15E1,15E4,2486,1585,2329,232F,232C,2332,15E5,1BBD,1591,D025,C7C9,D35B,D7D3,131F,CB8C,113A,1320,CB91,247D,247C }

what is this for and what does it do? i have the same package as you and am willing to report back.

Its added to CCcam.cfg to tell it which SID's your card can decrypt. If you use it then CCcam will not even try to respond to an ECM request for a SID that's not in the list. Basically making CCcam more efficient. The downside of course is if you miss some SID's from the list then you will not clear those channels.
