Changing audio pid's

I heard some people on here saying that they could change the pid's on Taquilla 5 and 9 when it was available on Astra and were able to watch the films in english. can this be done with the french channels on Hotbird like M6, TF1 and TF6 etc and if so how do I change the pids?
 
No mate, there isn't much on them with English language included, always best to look at Lyngsat to see if there is an English PID listed, but those channels don't normally supply a second language.
 
Evgedn if you can change the pids its not going to help you - The French terrestrials dont carry duplicate audio streams!

Multivision films often have the English language on 13E, plus the TV Cabo channels often run an English audio as well, Calle13 certainly does. :)
 
Yes Rolfo. I am aware of what channels carry english. What I am trying to say is taquilla 5 and 9 on Astra were not available automatically in english but some people input the pids for english on taquilla 5 and 9 on astra and they were made available in english done manually.

What I am saying is can this be done with any other channels to make them available in english?

ONLY if the channel carries an English soundtrack. The vast majority dont.
 
Yes, understand what you are saying, it was a glitch with the Taquilla channels on Astra, with most others the PIDS will be there if they are available.
