When BskyB switches off their analog broadcast sometime in September, would that also include Channel 5, which I am presently viewing on an expired Sky MOSC over the 19.2E? Or are they broadcasting independently?

Thanks

Channel 5 have announced they will continue @ 19.E till the end of 2001 when the agreement with Astra for the transponder ends.

Believe this has ensured the peace in our household as 'someone' is addicted to "Family Affairs"

Thanks Zansi

You can of course continue your viewing of channel 5 and also the delights of BBC 1, BBC 2, Channel 4, on 28.2E with a ex-contract Sky digibox and "Free to view" card.

Subject to you being within the footprint of Astra 2.
