Your eyes are not decieving you, it has been painted in camouflage colours, dish has one of its original bolts missing (as you will see in the picture it looks shiny) i have stuck in a new one although a little long it does the job.

There is an actuator on the dish that does work, but personally i would change it as its seen better days.

There is no LNB with the dish
