Channel Signal Strength & Quality in Spain

1.2m Dish with twin Chess LNB. Humax Foxsat HDR. Laptop computer.
My Location
Andalucia, Spain
Here's a question.......

How come some channels on my Sky HD box that I have "No Satellite Signal" for have better strength and quality than some channels I do get?
 
How are you checking the receiver readings? The signal strength / quality screen looks at the default transponder when accessed or the transponder freq when input. Is there some way you've made an error when checking transponder frequencies?
