Channels lost on hotbrid 13e

vh1 , mtv fr, cnn , and cnbs were working on hotbird 13 , i dont know what i have done to my box in key change and i lost these channels although i have a freind of mine has the same box and he still gets those channels despite the change that happend to via 2
would any one please advise me a bout the old key that use to operate those channels

Its about eurospace 7000x. opened my box and found its processor is OMEGA ST 5518 , (box is Korean made), no other clue to its real manufacturer. On Remote Control Unit,by pressing zero, latest hex keys can be displayed on screen, but still it does not unlock channels if i try to save changes. Does it need software/hardware for unlocking channels? Any suggestion from experts is welcome.

Had a quick scan around for boxes using the ST5518 processor. Unfortunately, it's used in loads of different STB's, so I'm afraid I can't help you.

Viaccess2 is a new level of encryption not a key change.

It has proved more difficult to open, but I beleive it can be done - time will tell.

You can bet the best boys are on the case - they have a lot of work on at the moment!!!

Hei I think that is an Atom 7000 (I have atom 9000) the function by pressing the 0 button it is like mine.I can insert keys but no luck.

Is your options at 0 button like this?
1.Irdeto & Betacrypt
2.S*ca
3. Viaccess
4. Nagravision
If you can upload any screenshots will be better.
Anyway I have the latest firmware for the 7000 and the 9000 and I can send it .
In the latest upgrade also Conax is added

yes the new mrv214 is ok on matrix reload tps and mutiviison are back

Thanks Pant, yes, after pressing zero on RC, same appears as u told in your post. I will try to upload screen shots after capturing it. Hex keys are still updated automatically but my question is how to unlock channels, because these are still locked except for few open that were open when I bought the DVB.
