Channels missing

Hi, maybe a stupid question and I hope it is as that would mean a simple answer.

I have 2 Fortec passion+ recievers, and both are updated firmware the same, but one has ITV3 plus 1 etc on it the other does not I was wondering how one adds tv stations to the reciever

If this is a standard freesat setup then just do a channel search on the specific frequency for the channel you want in this case 10906 V 22000 5/6 but not being familiar with your STB I am unable to assist you in doing this, do you not have the manual for it?

If this is some sort of card sharing setup then nobody on here can help

Its not a FS box Topper, its one of the old Fortec fta boxes from a few years ago.

Barney you will need to find the menu entry that allows you to add frequencies.
