Vintage stuff ... but unique & the best.
As far as I know only Hirschman had something similar but different solution for circular signals.

Knowing where it is supposed to go, you could work out the dimensions from the polarotor you have and then experiment with different dielectric materials.

You might make an improved version

Right, hence asking for the dimensions. But my biggest satisfaction always is to get the original. The item is from the late 80s/early 90s so no other option but to search in various sat communities...
