Those following online, looks like Estonia will have something on ERR at 2200 GMT, anthem singing included (apparently to please nationalists who made a fuss after the last New Years Eve). I have access to Latvian TV too over the antenna but obviously at 22 GMT I am outside trying to take photos of my neighbour's fireworks(a bit of a tradition we have created over the years).

Checked the EPG for Latvian TV. LTV1 and LTV7 - and possibly LTV Visiem on the Internet will have anthem and fireworks at midnight

It seems the czar will be visiting the incident on KMStr so that will dominate all day and there may be no luck there later today (except for the usual brief recorded message).
