Strange. If you get the BBC satback you are certainly on the right satellite. Assuming that the Reuters signal is a little bit weaker (but not so much I believe), very little dish movements could be enough to lock it.
This is the situation in the Northern part of Italy, not sure in the UK but possibly it is the same regarding Reuuters. Totally different for the Satback, completely out-of-reach here in my country due to the spot beam and a very strong transponder nearly on the same frequency.

I'll try a different lnb tomorrow just in case its deaf around 11340 for some reason. Its a newish lnb after a spate of failures on the old ones last year. This is the first time Ive tried Reuters since it moved off 22W earlier in the year.

I just tested it today and i get good signal for reuters at 15°W from Maribor , Slovenia.

Are you able to get the 7E? If so, you can view the same feeds as from Reuters. Encrypted but no problem.

As we are having access problems again due to the number of "guest" accounts searching the forum (a form of ddos as far as Im concerned) - if we become unobtainable for a period tomorrow just wait. It normally only lasts 20-30 minutes

(Edit - when its happening all you get is "database error" & "bad gateway" messages)
