Cheap analogue receiver

I am just a newbie and on the look out for an analogue receiver to have some fun looking at foreign TV.
I will search in car boots and ebay.
Please can someone recommend a little list of receivers I should be looking for.
 
They are now so cheap that you can afford to buy a couple. the pace mss range is a good starting point though, the higher the number, the better. :)
