Yes, indeed, three non standard for use encryption systems in Europe.
The bitrate seems to be very low, so I assume the picture quality should be in the pits...

Is this mux for commercial purposes? Can anyone subscribe? If not, why is this mux here pointing Europe?
 
I didn't check this package yet because couldn't get VLC to show H.265 video properly (freeze).
But fixed it now by disabling hardware decoding, for the FFmpeg video codec.

CCTV 1 and CCTV 3 are FTA now.
 
All encrypted.
