No. Excellent receiver with no generic hardware issues.

Raven mk2 zone 2 x4, Channel Master: 90cm x3, 1.2m x2, 1.8m PF. CM polar mount x2, Az/El x3.

The Primo remote uses the same codes as the Octagon SX88 series - and therefore operates the SF8008 as well thanks to a recent update by Octagon :(

thats the reason im looking for a second box! ideally i want my sf8008 and sx88 in lounge, but the remotes work both boxes, therefore, a disaster, - thanks - good to know the primo uses same codes - now i wont bother pursuing with that - shame there isnt a function to change the remote channel freq.

I did ask Octagon if it could be disabled but got no response. If you can downgrade to older firmware maybe you can solve your issue.

oh right, ive just posted in octagon forum - thanks, so this didnt use to be an issue then??? how long ago, if true.

I believe that's just referring to when the update was going to be available i.e. later that day
