chinasat 2c

Both Chinasat 1C and 2 C are military satellites (Fenghuo), anyone knows what bands/frequencies they use?

CHINASAT 1C will provide high-quality voice, data, radio and television transmission services, according to official channels.

Western analysts believe the satellite is a follow-up to the launch of a similar craft named Chinasat 1A in September 2011, likely beaming secure communications signals for the Chinese military.

Information on the payload on all these military (FengHuo and ShenTong) communication satellites seems very limited.

Also, I don't recall dx'ers reporting signals (lockable or not), although most should have C or Ku band onboard.
And satellite transponder sites not listing most of these satellites, doesn't help either, so here's a challenge I think!
