My wife and my daughter enjoy a piece of chocolate once or twice per week...me I like a dark bitter chocolate that's all, I thought it was amusing to receive this round robin Email attachment but then thought who would actually believe the claims made within it about losing weight

If I want to pig out on chocs I do it late at night. Has a great effect of making me feel slimmer in the morning. . But heavier at night.
