i want to be able to watch CNBC EUROPE on Hotbird,but the problem is being scrambled. on Cyfra +, TPS and Sky Italia.
what solutions can i do to watch it on my receiver (humax pvr9100).
btw i live in Middle East so there is no way to subscribe officially.

No solution at the moment for those three providers - subscribe or do without.
 
Install a second dish for 19 degrees and enjoy.....

ok ,what is the cheapest way to get this channel?
i mean officially subscribe (only Hotbird no other satellite),
and where to get these official cards with international delivery?(to KSA)
i visited the websites of Cyfra+ and SkyItalia and i could not understand any thing! i can barely understand English.

19E is no good in Saudi Arabia - the coverage doesnt go out that far.

You need to find an international reseller. You might want to avoid TPS simply because they may well be leaving 13E in the near future.
