You mean you find time to go swimming and watch telly. I just go round in circles with my system, scanning, updating, sorting menus, deleteing , scanning........

Maybe I would benefit from some time management lessons.

Oh and to top it all the weather's still sh*t in Yorkshire. Bet you miss it:p.

Didn't appeal to me until just recently Rolf. Thought they would be the usual American MIB else Mission Impossible type dribble, but not so. Both 24 and Prison Break are well produced and believable .. unlike Lost :-doh2

24 did get this years Emmy. It's director also picking up best director too :-righton he being Jon Cassar .. Maltese :-Jumbo

Good night from Gozo U-zzz

I've watched all of those tv shows at some point and the one I like the most is Lost. I like the cast and caracters, the storyline is a mistery and that's one of the things I like about it you never know what's next. It's true that some eps were idiotic with no development at all a complete waste of time, but still one hopes the next episode will bring something new. the 3rd season has gone to a nice start and I think it has the potencial to be the best season so far.

24 is a great tv show, well season 3 onwards, but it's a bit cripled by the Jack caracter. Without him the end of the world would have happened 5 times already (lol), the story line is getting old. The world needs Jack Bower! (not)

As for Prison Break I watched only five eps of the 1st season and started to hate the tattooed guy so I deleted the whole season. I decided to give it a 2nd chance and redownloaded the whole season 1 and 2 eps available. So I don't have much of an opinion about it.

For people that love this kind of police and robbers tv shows I'd recommend a few that I liked a lot and couldn't get enough:

- The Wire
- The Shield
- OZ
- CSI all of them
- Monk

But my all time favourite would be Stargate SG-1 up to 8th season. I love aliens, spaceships and evil plots to rule the universe. :D

Lost for me. Prison Break seems to be unbelievable (compared to Lost, yes yes you laugh all you like!) in its premise. 24 is a great show, as good as Lost, but I've never got into it.

I used to really like Spooks but since the main caracter went away on the 3rd season it just isn't the same. I watch Hustle instead.

Lost is simply banal. OK, so we have moved between two trees and found some water (season1) or pressed a button (season2), had a commercial break - what do we do now? I know, we'll have a flashback. Great! LOST! is Plane-Crash TV if you ask me.:p

Prison Break (stripped of commercial breaks) is watchable 'drama'. I happen to like the bloke with the tattoos (mainly for the tattoos ;-);) But, why is there a second series (sic)?

24 - get's my vote out of the three. Again (stripped of commercial breaks) this is award winning drama (sic). Sutherland's voice sometimes grates on me, but, its dynamic drama at its best.:D

"24" and CSI are the only US series that I have also rented on DVD.

Great Shows to watch:
CSI
CSI - NY
NCIS

Nasty Shows to avoid at all cost:
Invasion (its coming back! :-((
Lost
CSI Miami
The Shield
BBC National Lottery (All)

.

What confused this chappie most was when they started having flashbacks of flashbacks to previous flashbacks. Rather akin to .. dyslexia for cure found
